Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express both on www.sensibleshoe.com and in our brick and mortar store.
What is the refund and return policy?
For items purchased on www.sensibleshoe.com please refer to our return, refund and exchange page located here. For items purchased at our brick and mortar store you may return your item for a full refund the same day it was purchased. If the item is returned after that period you may return it for an exchange or store credit towards any purchase, store credit does not expire. You must have your receipt. We accept returns and exchanges within two(2) weeks or original purchase. All sales on clearance merchandise are final. These policies are clearly posted by each cash register and on the bottom of your receipt, no exceptions.
How long will delivery take?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 10am EST Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Your order will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) priority mail or UPS (United Parcel Service) ground service. Delivery timeframes can vary depending on the destination, timeframes can also vary from circumstances beyond our control.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Your credit card and personal data is completely safe. Protecting your information is our highest priority. We have developed several safeguards to keep your information completely confidential. To proceed to checkout, you must enter your e-mail address and create a password. The checkout process itself employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)* technology to insure your safety. *Secure Sockets Layer encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for that information to be decoded by a party outside of the store you shop with. To check the security of your connection during checkout, look for the unbroken key or closed lock at the bottom of your browser window. This indicates SSL is active.
Will I receive an email once my order has shipped?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once your item has shipped with the tracking number. The confirmation will be sent to the email address you used when entering in your order details.
